HOW TO GET STARTED:

     1.  Simply call Lynda Farley at (270)432-7272.  If the phone is busy, EMAIL.  We have a simple design form and will ask the right questions so we can design just the right site for you.  We will write you a proposal for a Webpage(site) specifying exactly what we will do, and the estimated charges - BEFORE we start work.  There will be NO SURPRISES.  Then, you decide.  OR use our Sample Proposal to write up your own and forward it to us.  We will fill in the estimated costs, and get your approval.  VIEW SAMPLE PROPOSAL

     2.  Get your 'content' - pictures and text - to AAAWWW.  Send as much of the text by email as possible.  VIEW  COMPLETE SERVICE & PRICE LIST
      Photos: Send photos in email in .jpg, .or .bmp format to
jlfarley@scrtc.com  OR WE will scan for you ($3 each) - Send them by 'snail mail'.  Use certified mail if they are not replaceable.  We will return them PROMPTLY by the same means.
      Text, captions, other 'word' content:  Is most easily sent in emails - We will clean it up, format it, and paste it into your web page; OR you may send 'hard copy' by 'snail mail', & let AAAWWW type it in ($10/hr).

     3.  Working with Drafts - When the proposal has been accepted and AAAWWW receives a deposit, we will prepare a first draft of one of the pages from all the information and content we have received.  You will then be able to view it and give your full comments and input about exactly what you want.  We will revise it until you are satisfied with it.  We are using tools that allow us to make many kinds of changes very quickly - often in a matter of minutes .   When you approve of the final draft, we will put in the real photos, and do other customizing for performance.  The rest of the pages should go much more quickly since we will have discovered the style and color scheme you want.  Please be available to help in the development by giving us your input.  We will wait for your approval at each step.  We want to get you on the WWW as quickly as possible.  Balance of payment is due on completion.

NEED IT UP RIGHT NOW?  Jobs will usually be scheduled ASAP  (as SOON as possible), first come first served.  If you need it up AFAP (as FAST as possible), we will put you at the top of the priority list, burn the midnight oil, enlist the troops to do other things, and get your site up AFAP.  This kind of service has a price - double fees.  Double fees will apply ONLY to the work we are doing on AFAP basis.  Our regular ASAP service is much faster than the average if we get all your materials in a timely fashion.  Ask for our estimate of how long it will take to do your job.  It will vary depending on what else we already have scheduled at the time.  We often can do jobs 'right now'.  You might not NEED AFAP since we are very efficient anyway.  If you do need AFAP, it is available.

    SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!  VIEW YOUR NEW WEBSITE BEFORE YOU PAY!  Because we work with drafts, you are able to view pages in progress, and suggest any changes as we work..  We do require a deposit to start work, but full payment is not required until work is completed.
       AAAWWW WILL THEREAFTER UPDATE YOUR SITE WHEN YOU WANT, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  UPDATES WILL HAVE 1ST PRIORITY.

      Most Websites 'evolve'.  You can start with a single economy page with one photograph.  We can always add and change things later - that is part of the FUN!  The important thing is to GET STARTED.  No matter how good the original site looks and performs, as we watch it in operation, and are able to evaluate how people are responding to it with out traffic monitoring tools, you will probably want to fine tune the design.
