This is the current list of services we are offering. See our Policies for more detailed information about our terms and conditions. We will send you a Proposal before starting work on your job. You will know exactly what we are charging before we start. This list will help you to estimate what expenses you will have to help you decide on your requirements before you call us. Other services may be added in future.

Most of our work will be included in the flat and/or basic rates stated below. Extra custom graphics, such as a custom made background, enhancing your logo with special effects, an enhanced 'glamour photo', specially made banner or navigation device - things like that - will be specified as extras in your proposal, and our estimate stated in both hours and dollars. These items will be done to your specifications, but since they are more like 'works of art', the estimate for them will include the hours stated in the proposal. Further 'tweaking' may entail extra charges.

We are working from a base rate of only $15/hour. I hope you have looked at our QUALIFICATIONS: Lynda R. Farley - SEE MY RESUME & J. E. Farley - Retired IBM Engineer. You may well wonder, how can this be? The answer is we are (young) retired. We moved to the country, still have several young children at home, very low overhead, there are NO JOBS HERE, and WE DON'T WANT TO MOVE. WEB PAGE & GRAPHICS CREATION:
ONE TIME 'FLAT' RATE FOR CREATING AND PUBLISHING EACH PAGE
ECONOMY PAGE: up to 8"X12", includes one photo - $20.00 each
REGULAR PAGE: up to 8"X25", includes up to 4 photos per page - $30.00 each
OVERSIZED PAGES: WE WILL GIVE ESTIMATES.
* ALL page sizes can be increased later for additional charge of .$1.25/inch/page
* New pages can be added later, after the initial creation of the first page (Website). If new pages are added later, they will have to be part of an update, so a 'Load Charge' would apply as well. (see below)
The Flat Page Rates state the maximum number of photos we will include on the page for the stated flat rates. Extra photos can be formatted on any of the pages (space permitting, or with an increase of page size) for $2.00 extra each.
Other than our modest $10/year hosting fee (which helps us pay for our high performance server), we charge ONLY for our WORK.

WHAT GOOD IS A WEBSITE IF NOBODY VISITS IT?
*SUBMIT YOUR URL (WEB ADDRESS) INTO TOP 50 SEARCH ENGINES: $15/1ST URL+$2 EA. ADD.
( PLUS MANUAL SUBMIT TO OPEN DIRECTORY PROJECT AND ALTA VISTA) Top 50 using a Web Spider program which mimics manual submission. Note: Yahoo and other Search Engines have their own criteria for what sites/pages they will enter. AAAWWW can submit them, but not guarantee entry. They also each have their own algorithms for positioning submitted sites. AAAWWW has researched many of them, and will use keywords and other devices to improve the chances of better placements. We have been getting great results, but can not guarantee the placements.

PAGE/SITE MAINTENANCE - UPDATES:
LOAD CHARGE: Flat rates - $15.00 for up to one MB (of files on our Server) + $5.00 each additional 1/2MB or part MB. This compensates for the time and effort to LOAD the site. If only a few small changes are being made, they will be included. More extensive editing will be charged at additional $15.00 per hour. The rates for adding new pages are separate, stated above. If only adding pages, charges will be the page charges + load charge ONLY. You can have several large pages in less than a single MB. We will give estimates first if over $30.
OTHER UPDATING: Some changes can be made without reloading the entire site. These can be done: flat rate of $15.00/hour - $5 Min.
DATA ENTRY: Basic text typing, or data entry into an Excel spreadsheet , MS Word, Pedigree typing, etc.- basic rate $10.00/hour.
SCHEDULING: AAAWWW will update your site when YOU want ASAP.
