This is a proposal for AAAWWW to design and publish a Website for Customer:

General Description:
AAAWWW will custom design a (Webpage/multipage Website) as specified by the customer and publish it to the WWW . The main purpose of the site is ______________________. Other purposes are: ________________________. The entire Website will be designed to serve these purposes. Navigation bars and links will be designed so the site will function efficiently. (AAAWWW will also host the site on the space they rent on the high performance Webaxxs server on our domain at http://www.hosanna1.com. The Web Address of the new site will be http://www.hosanna1.com/(YourName) - subject to AAAWWW approval OR custmer will obtain own domain name & hosting service with Webaxxs-Best Value-$9.95/month- and pay all costs and AAAWWW will publish and maintain this site there). This site (will/will not) include a 'Bulletin Board'/quick update area. The site (will/will not) be entered into Search Engines by AAAWWW to assist in it's promotion. At the bottom of each page will be a copyright notice and a publisher notice, 'This site designed and hosted by AAAWWW' with link to AAAWWW. We will install 'HitBox' banners at the very bottom of each page to gain traffic statistics on the site.
The style will be (give descriptive names here for the general style you want) but not so complicated as to detract from (the main PURPOSE of the site). The main colors will be (DOMINANT COLOR and/or COMPLIMENTARY COLOR), with accents in (OTHER COLOR/S). AAAWWW will complete a draft of one page first, getting input from the customer and changing it until the customer is satisfied with it, and then do the other pages in a similar format. The customer agrees to be available to work with AAAWWW on the draft, and should call us on the phone when possible to discuss changes. This will avoid wasted time due to misunderstandings, and typing long emails to explain the technical issues.
All charges are estimated herein - only the flat rate per page stated herein, and charges listed should apply. If something else is recommended by AAAWWW, approval will be gotten from the customer first. If customer should later want something different than what is stated herein, AAAWWW will give estimate of additional cost (if any) and do whatever additional work customer is willing to pay for. Customer has read GET STARTED, the Complete Service and Price List, and POLICIES on the AAAWWW Website, and understands them. Whatever is specified herein has priority over what is on our published Website at http://www.hosanna1.com/AAAWWW. Whatever is not specified herein is as published on all the AAAWWW Webpages.

PAGE/SITE MAINTENANCE - UPDATES:
We estimate this Website should be (AAAWWW will fill in) in size (on the server), but we can not guarantee that until it is completed. AAAWWW agrees to maintain the site under the following terms: specified on our Website in the COMPLETE SERVICE AND PRICE LIST. If a 'Bulletin Board' is included, the CONTENTS of the bulletin board can be changed anytime ASAP for $3.00 each update. The SIZE of the Bulletin Board can not be changed without doing at least a page update.
AAAWWW links: AAAWWW would like to have some links to the new site. These links would not imply any connection between AAAWWW and the customer other than as Designer and/or Host. We may link from the AAAWWW Portfolio page, the Welcome Page, and/or from the 'Latest News' page. These links will help our visitors to see our work, and they will also help build traffic for your new site, and perhaps bring you some sales.
Payment, Commencement, Completion of Work, and TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS):
AAAWWW will commence work on the site ASAP* when a ( ) deposit, a signed copy of this Proposal, and all content to be furnished by customer is received. We want to be efficient with our time and our Customer's money. We can not complete work unless we have received the content and instructions from the customer required to do the job. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide what is needed. Payment is most conveniently made via PayPal, to our account jlfarley@scrtc.com . PayPal accepts Credit Cards. Alternatively, Money Order (preferred) or Check may be made out to Lynda or John Farley. At any time any Customer's check does not clear, a 'bad check' charge of $30 will be assessed and no work will be done unless full payment is received by Money Order or PayPal in advance. AAAWWW will return a signed copy of this proposal to customer also, as a receipt for the deposit. AAAWWW/Lynda R. Farley will design and build the site as specified herein. If there are major changes in customer's requirements, customer understands that they may be obligated to pay extra fees at $15/hour, page creation fees, etc. If customer changes their mind and doesn't want the Website after work has commenced, AAAWWW is entitled to keep the deposit as partial compensation for work done. The balance of payment () is due on completion and uploading of the Website to the server.
LATE PAYMENTS: If payment is not received by AAAWWW within 15 days of loading the completed Website OR if any future charges for Updating or Hosting are not paid promptly, or if at any time charges for either Website creation, updating, or hosting are more than 30 days past due, an additional late charge of $5/month will be added. Customer agrees to pay all such charges. If any amount of charges, including late fees, become more than 45 days past due, AAAWWW may Archive the website, without further notice to customer. If the website is Archived, all the site owner's (customer's) contact information will be removed, and the site will be moved into the Archive Directory resulting in change of URL links, and probably interfering with the site's search engine positioning. When the account is paid up current, including all accumulated hosting charges, AAAWWW will restore the website but there will be a Restoration Fee of $50.00 (instead of accumulated late fees) which must also be paid in advance, before restoration will be done. Also, if customer wants site resubmitted to search engines, customer will be responsible for the usual charges to do new search engine submissions.
CUSTOMER BALANCES ON ACCOUNT: For fastest service for frequent small updating, and the convenience of our customers, we recommend customer's keeping a modest deposit with AAAWWW. $30-$50 is suggested, depending on the customer's anticipated schedule of updating. AAAWWW will stop all other work in progress and do current customer's updates immediately, but we also expect to be paid just as promplty. We charge the lowest rates we've ever heard of for maintenance, and will promptly email a current statement of account every time we do requested work. Also, for any customer whose site has been archived by AAAWWW due to slow payment, or for any customer whose account has been more than 30 days past due more than once, no future work will be done unless customer sends sufficient deposit to AAAWWW to be kept on account to cover any new charges. All future work for such customers must be paid for in advance. We bill by email, and expect all bills to be paid promptly with no other reminders. If we have problems in this area, and must subscribe to a billing service, we WILL HAVE to increase OUR rates.
GUARANTEE: AAAWWW will fix any problems with the files created by them at no charge AFastAP.
REFUND POLICY: Except for the $10 hosting charge, AAAWWW only bills for work done. The $10 per year hosting fee is not refundable, and since all other charges are for work actually done by Lynda R. Farley/AAAWWW, and or late fees, no refunds can be given under any circumstances except as stated elsewhere on this website. Customer balances kept on account by AAAWWW for future updating belong to CUSTOMER until earned by AAAWWW, and are only being held by AAAWWW. No interest can be paid on them as they will be held in a non-interest bearing account. In case of the termination of AAAWWW, unused balances held on account for CUSTOMERS belong to CUSTOMERS, and will be returned.

Farley IS PROVIDING THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS AND MAKES NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL) REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENTS. INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IN ADDITION, AAAWWW and Lynda R. Farley and John E. CONTRACT: By giving content and payment to AAAWWW, and requesting AAAWWW/Lynda R. Farley to put such content on any Website, and Lynda R. Farley/AAAWWW doing actual work (performance) in response, constitues an offer and acceptance, and a legally binding contract between Customer and Lynda R. Farley/AAAWWW is created thereby. Customer signifies acceptance, and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions on this website, as may be updated from time to time with no prior notice by AAAWWW, whether or not customer has actually signed or returned a signed copy of a proposal to AAAWWW. This contract is considered by all parties to be governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky, USA, and Metcalfe County, Kentucky. Lynda R. Farley is Sole Proprietor of AAAWWW, so contract and all agreements are with Lynda R. Farley of 532 Farley Road, Edmonton, Kentucky, 42129. It is customer's responsibility to visit this website from time to time and read it to learn of any changes herein. Customer agrees herein to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies posted on the main AAAWWW business web pages at http://www.hosanna1.com/AAAWWW .
COPYRIGHTS: Customer also warrants that no material furnished by them to AAAWWW is owned or copy righted to another OR that customer HAS the right to use all such material, and agrees to hold AAAWWW, and Lynda and John Farley harmless and blameless and to defend them at Customer's own expense for any legal issues related to any copy rights to material furnished by customer. AAAWWW will promptly remove any material from our server if the copy right ownership is in dispute, and Customer gives permission for that.
LEGAL REMEDY: Customer herein agrees that no suit relating to this contract or the website, work, or payment shall be brought in any court for any matter whatsoever by either party, except Small Claims Court in Metcalfe County, Kentucky, and using NO ATTORNEYS. AAAWWW and Lynda R. Farley agree herein not to use any Attorney in any such dispute, and Customer also agrees not to use any Attorney or Professional Legal Counsel. If Costomer violates this agreement by using any Attorney at Law, Customer thereby agrees to be responsible and pay for any and all costs for AAAWWW and/or Lynda R. and/or John E. Farley to hire a professional Attorney at Law to resolve that dispute, and Customer also agrees to pay any and all Court or other costs of obtaining and collecting judgement, regardless of who wins.
CUSTOMER CANCELING ACCOUNT: It takes work to remove a Webpage or Website from our server. Except for our small hosting charge, we bill only for the WORK we do. Once customer's page or site is up, if customer cancels account with us in writing we will do no further work on it. We will remove it or not at our discresion, or we may Archive it. You hereby give permission for your content to be on our server until we remove it. If you wish it removed at your request, forward payment of $35.00 for our work to do that, and we will remove it as promptly as we are able. Updated/Copyright 4/2003
